Job Description:


  • Gather technical requirements from customers and design tech/solution architecture
  • Identify integration touch points with customer system infrastructure (CRM, VoIP, ISMS..etc), prepare and execute solution architecture to meet the requirements.
  • Act as a bridge between the sales and engineering teams by gathering sales requirements and preparing a detailed SoW (Scope of Work) document and/or proposal document.
  • Work closely with DevOps team to ensure the solution is deployed as per the core pillars of observability, scalability and availability.
  • Involve in customer escalations during implementation process.
  • Develop thorough understanding of the product/solution/tech stack in the company and educate customer on product's intricacies whenever needed.
  • Assist sales and engineering teams to come up with project scope, pricing model and success metrics/KPIs of the engagement.

Skills required

  • Technical ability to understand the product and technological capabilities and limitations
  • Data analysis skills to measure success and ROI of a project.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Skills preferred

  • Understanding of cloud technology and services - (Azure/AWS)
  • Understanding of VoIP technology - SIP, RTP erc
  • Understanding on Networking protocols - HTTP/REST APIs, NAT, VPN, IPSec etc
  • Experience working with CRM tools and reporting/BI tools.
