To be a successful candidate you will require the following attributes:

  • Proven experience in an EA role not just PA level
  • Ability to effectively manage travel arrangements, calendars/diaries for multiple managers
  • Experience supporting an executive team of multiple managers not just one director
  • Problem solving skills
  • Self-starter/ Proactive
  • Strong multitasking and documentation skills
  • Eye for detail/ attention to detail
  • Any government experience highly desirable
  • Effectively liaise with a large team

  • The roles will be broad and involve the following main duties:

  • Extensive diary management including booking meetings, managing conflicts and providing follow up on all required paperwork prior to both internal and external meetings;
  • Being a point of contact and managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely and confidential manner;
  • Assisting with department wide activities including events and various initiatives;
  • Managing approvals for the staff expense reimbursements, American Express monthly statements and invoices;
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and board documents;
  • Extensive liaison with a majority of key stakeholders.
