About the role:
In this full-time, permanent Medical Administrator position will you provide administration support to the anaesthetics rooms and ensure all patients receive exemplary customer service.
Calendar and email management
Data entry of patient information
Providing information to patients in relation to fees
Collection of prepayments
Receipting of payments
Liaising with health funds, Medicare, surgeon’s rooms and hospitals
Manager general questions and appointment enquiries
Skills and experience:
Intermediate MS office skills
Efficient and systems savvy
Experience in managing a high volume of calls is desirable
Fast and accurate data entry skills
You will have a calm and personable demeanor
Display an excellent phone manner
Proven administration experience
Exceptional communication skills
