JOB DESCRIPTION FOR - Assistant Manager - Marketing

Job Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Marketing and Brand Marketing

Building campaign creatives (Key Visuals, communication, positioning etc.) for Times Network Properties.

Project Management- Execution and coordination with multiple departments within and outside the organisation for multiple brands and Times Network IPs.

Planning and strategizing of marketing plans for Times Network properties and brands.

Agency and vendor management

Partnership Management- Relevant partner identification, prospecting for the relevant projects. Cracking barter deals and management and execution of the same.

Identify, Ideate, Implement for all communication across media

Thoroughly knowledgeable on PPT, DOC, XLS. Proficiency in AI/PSD would be beneficial

Make presentations as per needs and be able to present to internal / external stakeholders across levels

Strategizing and Ideation for brand development- Times Influence and Times Chronicles

2. Market Research

Understand research and analytics to identify need-gap, opportunity, challenges.

Competition Tracking

3. Merchandising & Associations

Relevant ideation, designing, sourcing, delivery of merchandise

Identify and collaborate with other organizations for brand and / or media leverage

4. MIS

Timely and meticulous reporting, tracking, update, follow up on finance and legal affairs with delivery of reports and data

5. Digital Marketing

Basic understanding of digital marketing- Social Media, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics
