HEW 4 $62,490- $66,310 per annum plus 10% superannuation. This is a full time fixed term role split across two departments at 0.5-time fraction (18.38 hrs per week, each department), until March 2022.

About the role
The Administration Assistant, is a shared role and reports to Administrative Team Leader (Student and Resource Management and Program Delivery, Events and Marketing. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to both of these administrative teams within the College of Health and Biomedicine and College of Sport and Exercise. The responsibilities of this role include, but not limited to the assisting the administrative team in the day to day operations, data processing, preparation of student records and reports, emails and follow ups.

About the person
To succeed, you will possess:

Demonstrated experience juggling competing deadlines
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder enquiries and requests (both internally and externally)
Strong aptitude working with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working with relevant University systems and databases. 
Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

Duties

Provide administrative support as required for the preparation of reports and/or documentation
Assist with planning and coordination of Colleges timetabling, sessional contracts and workload
Assist with coordination of course accreditation documentation and subsequence site visits
Coordinate and attend Program Advisory Committee meetings and deliver associated actions
