Manage day to day operational processes for Boutiquesinc. banking, compliance, stock replenishment and inventory management
Manage cycle counts and assist with Stock takes
Assist with compliance and audit reporting
Support point-of-sale systems. Troubleshoot andescalate incidents working with external support teams.
Preform data validation and reconciliationbetween systems. Identify errors, working with internal and externaldepartments to resolve
Assist with testing system upgrades and enhancements.Champion change management and run training sessions
Create and update training, procedure, andprocess documentation
Collaborate with internal departments and fieldteams to deliver retail best practice; ensure processes are compliant and policies,procedures and guidelines are adhered to
Assist with Beauty Advisor administration
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to multitask
Highly motivated, able to work autonomously anddemonstrate initiative
Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability tothink proactively and look for solutions
Confident using and learning new systems.Previous experience in point-of-sale support or user acceptance testingdesirable
Good knowledge of Excel; or basic level interestto grow and develop skills in this area
Experience creating training/process documentation
Experience with stock management, compliance control (banking, reporting etc) and operational processes
Strong customer service background, with greatcommunications skills and confidence communicating with internal and externalstakeholders
