We are looking for a Project Manager who has expertise using both the Waterfall Framework and the Agile Framework to achieve project goals by managing the total project management life cycle within project constraints. 

Duties and Key Responsibilities:
Participate in defining long-term road maps with management, set key dates and milestones.
Plan and prioritise product feature backlog in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Anticipate changes in technology/policy, assess impact and make the appropriate changes to project roadmaps.
Initiate (project charter/briefs) and plan projects.
Manage the software development teams (internal and external to Shout-It-Now).
Determine the scope and timelines for projects, from design to deployment.
Identify tasks and milestones assigned to team members & service providers.
Identify and manage risks, including development of mitigation strategies and adjust timelines accordingly.
Communicate clear and simple objectives to all implementers and stakeholders.
Document and communicate a clear process of how projects will be run.
Project execution/control, including resource management.
Manage and drive projects for multiple software products as well as infrastructure projects.
Draft IT documentation, including project methodologies, policies and processes.
Facilitate presentations and project life cycle engagements.
Assist in training the QA department to facilitate testing new features.
Coordinate the training of trainers, to ensure roll out to the rest of the organisation.
Organize demonstrations of products to stakeholders.
Perform any other duties as may be reasonably required by the Head of IT.
Skills and Experience (Minimum Requirement Essential):
Matric
Relevant Project Management Certifications – Prince II Practitioner Certified/Prince II Agile Practitioner/Scrum Master.
5 Years’ experience in IT project management, which includes:
2 Years’ in a Software Development environment.
3 Years’ in IT infrastructure project management.
5 Years’ management/supervisory experience.
Advanced agile process and Prince II principles experience.
Advanced presentation and communication experience.
A solid track record in facilitation and communication experience.
Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent ability to plan, organise and think critically.
Ability to manage and work within a team (external and internal) and contribute to the achievement of the IT team’s goals.
Ability to collaborate in a highly agile environment.
Hold a valid South African identity document or work permit.
Driver’s license and own transport is advantageous.
