    About the role

    We are currently looking for Personal Care Assistants / Care Companions to join the supportive, well-organised and friendly team at  Rathdowne Place  located in  Carlton . There are Permanent Part-Time and Casual positions available. 

    As a Personal Care Assistant / Care Companionyour responsibility will be to provide care and support to our residence by:

  • Being attentive to their needs and carrying out any individualised care plans
  • Ensuring detailed documentation is updated
  • Building and maintain strong relationships within the business, with our customer and family members
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
  • Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive
  • About you  

    Whether you want to change career, re-enter the workforce or recently finished your studies, we welcome your application. However, to ensure complance and safety measures for our customers we ask that you possess at minimum: 

  • Cert III in Aged Care/ Individual Support or equivalent
  • Covid Vaccination certificate as proof of double vaccination + booster
  • NDIS or willing to obtain one (we will reimburse)
