Work Status: Part-time; 20 hour per week
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Melbourne | 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM Manila Time Reporting To: Managing Director

About the Job:
Receptionists handle a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting and training rooms, sorting and distributing mail, and making travel plans About the Client: Online medical clinic committed to providing dedicated and timely medical care for our patients specializing in GP services, Allied Health and Workplace Health. Family-owned Medical Centers located around Melbourne. Established over 25 years ago, all sites have nursing, pathology, allied health including psychologist, physiotherapists, dieticians, podiatrists to name a few
  • Able to speak in Chinese / Mandarin is necessary
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Chinese)
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Assisting clients in finding their way to the different partnered clinics
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, taking notes, and making travel plans.
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Scheduling appointments.
