About the Opportunity

Reporting directly to the  Office Manager  some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Co-ordinating front reception desk 
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls and queries 
  • Completing written correspondence 
  • Preparing and completing essential court-required forms

    The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (Desirable) 
  • Strong typing and time management skills 
  • Excellent presentation and compassionate manner
