A fast paced Customer Service Coordination position that will see you excelling in the following duties; inbound/outbound calls to customers/suppliers/installers, scheduling daily installation runs, general administrative work/data entry, contributing ideas to customer service team and management.
A hardworking and reliable person that is looking to contribute and be rewarded in this long-term proposition
Have had proven experience in a customer service team - some exposure to scheduling would be preferrable!
Microsoft Office proficient - Use Outlook, Excel & Word in this role
A great communicator - this skill is paramount to being succesful in this position!
A positive and patient attitude a must - look at issues or problems as opportunities!
