About the Financial Client Associate:

As a Financial Client Associate you will bring your specialized knowledge and skills to provide active support to the financial advisor in providing the “White Glove” service our clients have come to know and expect. In this capacity, you will proactively assist the advisor with the growth and development of their business by strengthening client relationships; coordinating appointments, seminars, and other client facing activities; as well as performing in a wide variety of administrative support activities.

Financial Client Associate Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the Financial Advisor(s) by interacting with existing clients.
  • Ensure client paperwork is current/complete and properly filed with all supporting documentation and notes in accordance with firm and industry requirements, rules, and regulations.
  • Perform client service-related tasks including but not limited to new account set-up, closing accounts, deposits/disbursements, account status changes, and placing account notes in Salesforce, ensuring all actions taken are in accordance with firm and regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide exemplary client service and support, greet visitors, respond to telephone and email inquiries, research and resolve questions, and assist with client requests.
  • Assist in financial planning efforts by entering client data in the financial planning software and walking clients through the account set-up and review options in the client financial planning portal, and by participating in client-facing meetings, calls, and video conferences with Financial Advisors.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback and solutions for operational processes or tools within the Brokerage or Client Support areas.

Qualifications for the Financial Client Associate:

  • College degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of prior client service experience within the financial industry, or equivalent experience, required.
  • Securities licensing (Series 7 and 63/65 or 66) a plus.
  • Professional presence with strong client service skills.
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Orion, and NetX360.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage a variety of tasks.
  • An analytical thinker, with the ability to provide practical solutions on a wide range of topics.
  • Excellent communicator (oral and written), with solid interpersonal skills.
