Responsible for entire Marketing of Luxury & Ultra Luxury projects of the Embassy Group. Participate in developing, executing and implementing the residential marketing and communications plans which is in alignment with the business goal.

Media and Advertising

  • Owning the execution of the tactical marketing initiatives and plans.
  • Create and implement marketing/media plans that include print, online, social media/video, events/ tradeshows etc.
  • Create and maintain the timeline tracker for each tactical and branding campaign
  • Conduct market research to identify effective promotional methods across same and other industries
  • Agency handling – coordination and assist in timely execution of the jobs assigned to different creative and media agencies
  • Execution monitoring for all the media campaigns like OOH, Prints, Radio, social and digital etc
  • Be able to work across luxury products

Digital and social:

  • Digital campaign monitoring and finding innovative cost-effective measures to influence organic social reach of the project
  • Review web analytics and ad words campaigns on an ongoing basis and generate monthly reports regarding site traffic
  • Explore and ideate with help of digital agency regarding email marketing campaigns and constant update of web content
  • Strategize, assist and oversee production of audio / video content for website and social media
  • Work with agency to plan and execute social media campaigns

Events & Activations:

  • Explore the opportunity to participate in tactical events that can help in additional lead generation
  • Corporate connect, able to find strategic partnership with bodies/groups that is relevant for the category
  • Keep a track with other departments/ entities to associate with them on events and activities (Office parks / riding school etc)
  • Coordinate and support the sales team on all CP and other events

Marketing – MIS :

  • Maintain and track the budget for campaigns and launches allocated for department
  • Maintain and update all data online at sales force

Marketing – Production & coordination:

  • Manage the production for the collaterals
  • Inventory management of the collaterals
  • Maintain the periodic sanity check across all sites regarding collaterals and brandings
  • Inter department coordination

Marketing - Vendor management

  • Maintain vendor relations and follow ups
  • Manage & coordinate the timely estimates / Invoices from vendor
  • Monitoring and handling the process of invoicing / POs
  • Track the vendor MIS in terms of outstanding statements and deliverables

Marketing – Loyalty program

  • Executing and assisting in managing the loyalty program for residential business

Qualification and Criteria:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in handing marketing profile in Team Lead & Execution role
  • MBA/Masters
  • Relevant real estate experience candidate will be preferred, Marketing of Luxury products is a must.
