Accurately processing customer orders into the internal computer system
Ensure accuracy of customer orders and delivery dates
Reviewing production schedules and stock availability in order to meet delivery dates on time and in full.
Regular communication with Business Customers in relation to their orders, keeping them updated by telephone and email
Process orders, administration, liaising with internal departments - sales, operations, logistics
Handle customer queries in a prompt and efficient manner
Work as part of a proactive team
1 to 2 years of customer service experience
Willingness to learn
Love dealing with customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
“Can do” attitude and proactive team player
Database and Microsoft Office skills

This is an onsite role Monday to Friday. As an essential food service provider, the successful candidate will be fully vaccinated.
