Job Description

Are you an up-and-coming HR Advisor/Generalist looking to join a global ASX listed organisation and grow your career by developing into a full HR Business Partner?

As part of our dynamic and energetic Human Resources team, this is a true end to end generalist role where you will partner with the Australian HR Business Partnering team to support engagement, talent development, and employee relations matters. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, this position will be based at our Macquarie Park office with flexible hybrid work options.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Support the Senior HR Manager in all generalist HR activities and projects for the purpose of achieving strategic business objectives
  • Collaborate with the HR Operations team in providing operational HR advice to line managers and employees
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless recruitment process
  • Maintain the suite of HR policies and make recommendations to ensure best practice
  • Support the HR Business Partnering team with various projects including annual and mid-year talent review processesdevelopment of training programsorganisational development/reviewsEA bargaining processespreliminary assessments/investigations in collaboration with the Employee Relations Manager
  • The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
  • HR generalist experience, ideally within a large complex environment
  • Ambitions to move into an HR Business Partner role in the future
  • Strong organisational skills, administrative skills and high attention to detail
  • Experience interacting with employees at all levels and providing high level employee service is desirable
  • Advanced skill in Microsoft Office suit, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Preferred Education
