Job Description

Our client is a family-owned and operated Residential Aged Care Facility  providing care and living assistance to 60 residents with low and high care needs in Melton Victoria.
This residence is seeking an experienced ACFI Coordinator to assist with maximising the facility's revenue and ensuring all care plans reflect the current care needs of each individual resident.
The facility provides a comfortable, home-like environment and appreciates old fashioned family values to provide high levels of care and support for their residents. Join an intimate team of registered nurses, carers, team leaders and care managers to support the residents in maximising their independence and control over their life.

The Role  
Responsible for the ACFI process of a 60-bed Aged Care facility located in Melton Victoria
Provide leadership support and clinical expertise to the care and support staff
Assess residents on the level of care they require - identify funding opportunities based on assessment
Ensure ACFI claims are completed and accurate - meeting legislative requirements
Current AHPRA registration
Full Australian Working Rights
Minimum 3 years experience working in a Clinical leadership role 
Registered Nursing qualification
