*Proven experience in project/Institutional sales.
*Expand Business in allotted area through Architects,Contractors, Builders and Fabricators. *Relationship management with architects, contractors, builders and Fabricators.
*Identifying new business opportunities and projects and converting them into clients.
*Liasioning with the customer on various issues related to the concerned projects/ assignments. *Carrying out Post order Management Activities.
*Track new infrastructure developments in respective territory and develop a database to aid sales *Achieve Sales targets
Option I - BE, Option II - BE with MBA preferred
2-4 Years of Relevant Experience
Experience in Institutional sales or project sales in the building material industry in a sales number driven environment with excellent networking and relationship management with the key decision makers like builders ,Developers ,Architects, Consultants ,Fabricators , Window manufacturers ,End clients etc.
