Are you passionate about all things Talent and looking to expand your experience in this field? As a result of internal mobility, we have opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Consultant to support the delivery of talent management practices within our Risk Management Group.

Working closely with this groups Global Talent Lead, you will play a key role in partnering with HRBP’s and business stakeholders to deliver and support unique projects as well as our annual talent calendar. The scope is both broad and interesting and examples include supporting talent reviews, succession planning discussions, our annual promotion process and employee survey analysis, insights and facilitating conversations around action planning. You will enjoy taking a data led approach to help guide strategy and initiatives including supporting the Early Career program. You will require strong relationship and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to prioritise multiple tasks to meet project deliverables.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience from either talent, organisation development or HR, along with an ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills and advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
