Founded by Vineet Rao, Sourjyendu Medda, Sankar Bora, and Rajat Shikhar in Sept 2018, DealShare provides a sharp and curated assortment at highly competitive prices and has built an innovative community leader driven ultra-low-cost delivery mechanism collectively leading to best-in-class unit economics.

Dealshare has 10 million+ customers. It is present in 100 cities/towns across 10 states, namely Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Haryana, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu, with an Annual GMV Run Rate of $860 million. We aim to expand operations to 200 cities across India and are setting an audacious goal to increase our annual revenue run rate to $3 billion.

To create one unique tech-enabled, organized retail model for the entire Indian mass ecosystem that solves for the affordability of the middle Indian customers through high quality, low priced essentials while providing a platform for small, regional, and national manufacturers to offer their products at best margins.

Position: Marketing Head

Marketing head, you'll help build experiences and campaigns in order to drive growth and experimentation, especially focused on customer acquisition. You will drive the strategy of the entire workstream focused on building it as the highest contributing and most efficient acquisition channel. You will drive strong decision-making through quantitative results and AB testing, and qualitative research, and customer insights.

Key Responsibilities

Should be able to develop scalable strategies for customer acquisition and retention, based on the TG behavior
Drive consumer/user traffic, conversions, and revenue growth for a specific region/group of regions
Lead business critical special projects involving stakeholders across functions like marketing, operations, category etc
Should be able to debate with Marketing Agency (Merabo, Others) for getting appropriate service as per defined strategy
Work with cross functional teams like analytics and product to create the fraud prevention / reduction model for referral campaigns and incorporate the same
Come up with 10X growth ideas to discover new ways to grow or optimize upon the existing funnels
Build an experimentation pipeline for referral based experiments on optimize on the costs and maximize user acquisition

Job Requirements

5+ years of product marketing experience in a growing business
3+ years of core growth marketing experience - experiment-driven growth process at a high-growth company with a proven track record of driving massive growth in the funnel
Need for speed, someone who is comfortable working in fast-paced dynamic environments and having ownership as well considering the complexities involved in Growth
Creates Transformation Outcomes: You have a track record of driving initiatives from ideation through completion that move the needle
