A Service Advisor is required for our client who is a major player in both the heavy and light vehicle sector. The company is family owned and based in South Australia. They offer ongoing training and support, a great team environment and career progression. This is a challenging role that reports to the Service Manager. It requires a highly motivated, energetic but patient individual. On the go constantly the Service Advisor takes new service bookings, deals face to face with customers, establishes their needs and offers additional services to protect their investment. Placing importance on customer service at all times, the advisor will monitor the status of the repair, communicate with workshop staff & the customer throughout and then complete relative documentation.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 12 months Service Advisor experience
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication and selling skills
  • Good time management and organisations skills
  • Ability to problem solve in a timely manner
  • Customer service experience
  • Full Australian working rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
  • Be professional and well presented
  • Good PC skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a positive team environment 
  • Valid manual licence (SA)
