As a Business Analyst within the User Access Management - Roles and Segregation of Duties team, you will be collaborating closely with stakeholders across different areas to achieve organisation-wide transformation objectives.

You will steer the organisation to use Sailpoint IdentityIQ in order to automate the access for Joiners, Movers and Leavers; provision access in the easiest way possible, while also ensuring that there are mechanisms in place to enforce governance on access across the technology stack.

Using the Scrum Framework, you will gather and analyse data, design the state of future access, and execute changes through established processes to achieve design outcomes. There will also be opportunity to change current processes and design new ones to support the organisation in Role and SoD adoption.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to utilise; exceptional interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders, an inquisitive thought process, an interest in working with data, a drive to deliver assigned tasks on time and a motivation to discover solutions and opportunities. Your capability to pick up new concepts quickly, navigate ambiguity, draw out needs and translate them into tangible outcomes will also contribute towards your success.

Ability to work individually and as part of a team by leading, providing support and guidance to fellow team members.
Ability to adapt to constant change
Knowledge about the agile methodologies especially Scrum and the tools used for their application
Experience with IdentityIQ and Cyberark
