As a Business Analyst within the User Access Management - Roles and Segregation of Duties team, you will be collaborating closely with stakeholders across different areas to achieve organisation-wide transformation objectives.
You will steer the organisation to use Sailpoint IdentityIQ in order to automate the access for Joiners, Movers and Leavers; provision access in the easiest way possible, while also ensuring that there are mechanisms in place to enforce governance on access across the technology stack.
Using the Scrum Framework, you will gather and analyse data, design the state of future access, and execute changes through established processes to achieve design outcomes. There will also be opportunity to change current processes and design new ones to support the organisation in Role and SoD adoption.

Your capability to pick up new concepts quickly, navigate ambiguity, draw out needs and translate them into tangible outcomes will also contribute towards your success.
