The Role

We have multiple customer based roles including  Customer Service Officers  and  Kiosk Attendants to join our fantastic local summer pool. 

You must have a great disposition and you enjoy working with children and adults alike. You understand that our Customers are coming to the venue for a great day out and you are keen to be part of that enjoyment. You are reliable and understand the required hours are weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods between September 2022 - April 2023.

Skills & Attributes:

Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
Provide excellent customer service to all customers 
Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
Replenished condiments as needed
Follow health and safety guidelines
Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
Coffee making/ barista skills (preferred)
Food handling Certificate (preferred)
Promote the centres services and programs to our patrons
Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
Current First Aid Certificate desirable 
Current CPR Certificate desirable
Police Check (if over 18 years old)
Working with Children Check / Blue Card (if over 18 years old)
