Utilise your experience in Project Management or Business Analysis and join our Group Procurement team. You will support data and regulatory reporting delivery, within our Group procurement function. This is a unique opportunity to partner with stakeholders across Macquarie to ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met and to deliver enhanced insights on procurement activities.

What impact will you have?

As the Project Specialist - Data & Regulatory reporting Manager withing Group Procurement, you will lead the management and production of the regulatory reporting requirements within the Group Procurement function. Your key responsibilities will include:

Delivery of data solutions - Gathering data and reporting requirements as well as designing and managing the delivery of solutions
Documenting Regulatory Requirements - Developing deep expertise in current and future Group Procurement regulatory reporting requirements (such as the AU Payment Times Reporting Act) as well as building a strong understanding of the underlying data and the report production processes
Producing business insights - partnering with senior stakeholders from across the various groups and business units of the bank to provide updates and insights into the metrics (including regular reviews of and investigations into outlier and out-of-scope data points), influence processes and behaviour, and coordinate requirements and feedback
Project managing the delivery of regulatory reporting deliverables - Manage the production of these regulatory requirements from planning out the tasks and timelines to ensuring that these are executed accordingly

What skills will you use?

To be successful in the role, you will possess excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders and influence behaviour. Other relevant skills may include:

A delivery focus and ability to design and implement solutions, end to end
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in sharing updates and insights with stakeholders
Business Analysis skills such as requirements gathering, solution designing, project scoping and management, etc)
Prior experience in Procurement or understanding of procure-to-pay process
Experience in any of the following tools would be desirable, namely building Alteryx workflows or developing Power BI reports and dashboards
