Recruitment Description / Key AccountabilitiesProvide day-to-day advice (technical, mining) to ensure service excellence, product application, and product performance. Provide verbal and written feedback to customers with respect to product performance and application. Perform product observations and problem solving. Liaise with the distributor marketing teams / customers to maintain a high level of service. Define and communicate the SASOL DYNO NOBEL value proposition. Deliver on the customer strategy needs. Manage and operate monitoring equipment. Fulfil customer needs to maximise customer satisfaction. Market SASOL DYNO NOBEL products in line with proper governance processes. Apply evidence-based SHE practices in alignment with set standards for safe operations. Implement Sasol Group's risk philosophy and enterprise risk management framework. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to remain preferred provider of product and services. Continuously improve own skills and knowledge. Complete, implement, and track personal development plan to attain personal performance goals. Manage team performance and development formally and informally based on standard practices in use across Sasol Group. Identify and activate learning as required based on individual and collective needs. Nurture a team spirit and openness towards feedback, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation. Formal Education BSc degree (mining); or Bachelor's in Technology degree (hard-rock mining); Extensive knowledge in explosives application (surface, underground and construction) work experience in an explosives company Min Experience 12+ relevant years in mining and or explosives Certification & Professional Membership Mine Managers Certificate; or Mine Overseer Certificate Competencies Business Acumen:An intuitive and applicable understanding of how a company or unit makes money. Facilitation:The means of expediting a process or operation quickly and efficiently Business Enablement:Responsible for ensuring that the customers are well equipped with core product, application and service knowledge as the overall feature adoption for the customers solutions. This includes training programs, methodologies, techniques and concepts. Value Proposition:Drive the value proposition model to ensure SASOL DYNO NOBELs products are pushed closer to the product / market need / fit.
