SUMMARY: Our client located in Kuils River, Cape Town has an available position for a Restaurant Supervisor. JOB DESCRIPTION: Key ResponsibilitiesTo provide an efficient and friendly service to customers in all areas of the catering operations.Respond efficiently and accurately to customer requests & complaints.Coordinate / Manage daily restaurant operations.Stock-take and orders are done with competent excellence.Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.To fulfill any reasonable request by the Manager.To attend/receive any job-related training as required.To report any customer complaints or compliments and take some remedial action if possible.To report immediately any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage, unfit food, or other irregularities and take such action as may be appropriate or possible.To provide cover in other areas during periods of holidays and sickness.Key RequirementsGrade 12At least 3 years of experience as a supervisor in food preparation and serving environment is essential.Afrikaans and English speaking.Must be available to work trading hours (7 am until 10 pm shift work).Own transport is essential.Must be able to build and maintain excellent client relationships.Able to work under pressure.Must be able to display professionalism, punctuality, honesty and integrity, conscientiousness, and resilience.The candidate needs to reside in the Kuilsriver area or within traveling distance if taking public transport.Job specificationsJob Title Restaurant Supervisor.Permanent (permanent after 3 months probation period).Starting date (ASAP).Salary Offered (to be discussed during interviewing/ depends hugely on experience/market related).Working hours/shift hours.
