Strategic Marketing Leader

:This role drives HGR Business Development& Marketing (BD&M) ForHONEYWELL HGR SSA by doing thefollowing:Developing and implementing annual strategic and operating plans;Identify white space and developing a go to market approach;Develop strategic plans, competitive analysis and entitlement for the different SBUs;Providing cross-company and cross-divisional support and leadership in the areas of strategy, analysis, best practices, and alliances/partnerships/M&A etc.;Working in high impact strategic and alliances/partnerships at both the Corporate office and within the strategic business groups;Developing additional business/ product opportunities through new platforms and various alliance formats;Providing strategic insight, analytical rigor and financial assessments of potential growth & alliances/partnerships/M&A and opportunities, as well as post-alliance analysis and integration capabilities;YOUMUST HAVEA Masters in Business Administration from a top-tier school or top-tier consulting firm experience is preferred Experience developing and designing implementation plans to drive execution.Business Development & Marketing experienceM&A/ strategic alliance background and/or deal negotiation experience would also be strongly preferred.WEVALUEEngineering background is preferredCustomer Management experienceCorporate Finance understanding Technical understanding of customer requirementsStrong leadership, negotiation, and influencing skillsExperience with project planning, scoping, and execution in a phase-gate and/or agile environmentDeliver on complex problems without guidanceStrong leadership and significant influence management abilities alongside interpersonal skills to gain credibility with team members and senior management.Deliver presentations with ease, engage audiencesRole reports to President, SSA
