Talent Resourcer (Remote)

We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Talent Resourcer with a can-do attitude, and a proven track record of solid commercial sourcing experience, ideally with exposure and experience of recruiting globally in technical & digital markets. As a Talent Resourcer you will be required to support our team in all aspects of the sourcing & administration process that are required to meet the specific clients’ recruitment requirements. You will need to have exceptional administration skills, coupled with excellent communication skills; as well as thrive in a fast paced, sales environment.
Your key job responsibilities as the Talent Resourcer will include:
Source new candidates from job sites, social media and other platforms using local market knowledge. Contact the candidates and conduct initial screening to find out what roles they are interested in, their salary expectations, notice period, the reason for leaving their current role, and so on
Craft and send engaging emails to prospective candidates
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
Coordinate with the recruitment team to learn the job details, specific qualifications required, and the experience needed and use this information to source candidates who meet the criteria
Provide support in carrying out pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation, when required
Providing general administrative support to the recruitment function, such as answering enquiries, supporting the sales process, and making sure that the candidates always receive a professional and comprehensive service
Promote our employer brand online and offline
Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System – ZohoRecruit)
Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
Conducting the initial screening when dealing with new candidates, followed by registering the candidate to match the roles they are looking for
Understand and manage candidates’ aspirations to ensure right fit to role
Requirements for this Talent Resourcer job:
1 – 2 years’ experience as a Talent Resourcer or similar role
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) – we use ZohoRecruit
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
Effective time-management abilities
Excellent IT skills including MS Office incl. ATS (would be beneficial)
