In addition the candidate will work with the operational divisions to convert pension funds where contact has been lost with a client, to specialist solutions.Key Responsibilities:All administrative duties in converting clients to the licensee directed solutions including liaising with clients and assisting them and assisting the team to manage a programme to convert specific groups of clients.Building good internal relationship with other areas of the businessAssisting Marketing with the development of specific client communicationsStaying abreast of all matters pertaining to company products and servicesContinually looking to improve processes and address / raise issues that need attentionWorking proactively with other business functions and stakeholdersDaily monitoring of projects and cases in progress with proactive follow upRequirements:Applicants should have as a minimum a Diploma, but a Degree in Commerce, Marketing or Financial Services would be beneficial.Client focusedGood communication, administrative and organizational skillsWilling to learnSelf starter and team playerAptitude to grasp and understand technical concepts on product and administrative matters easily
