As an Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of our email communications, setting up and executing flows and campaigns in Klaviyo that inspire engagement, loyalty, and repeat purchases from our customers. Ideally looking for 2+ years' experience with Klaviyo and experience in the healthcare or pharma industry is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day email operations - build, test, and deploy email campaigns.
- Utilize appropriate email strategies and tactics to reach the target audience (automations, personalization, segmentation etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing to improve email performance across key metrics (revenue/email, open rate, click-through rate, deliverability).
- Optimize lifecycle flows with the goal of increasing engagement, conversion, and lifetime value.
- QA of email campaigns
- Measure and report on email performance and provide feedback
- Work with creative and marketing teams to build templates.
- Maintain email calendar and send schedule.
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Grow our email list and improve email opt-in rates.
- Leverage email marketing best practices and competitive trends in the industry.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years’ experience in DTC email marketing.
- Strong familiarity with ESPs - Klaviyo required.
- Knowledge of HTML for email.
- Familiarity with event architecture and triggered flow logic.
- Ability to analyze raw data exports in excel.
- Strong commitment to rapid experimentation and growth-hacking mindset.
- Familiarity with A/B testing best practices.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Organizational skills that can balance multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
