Retail Store Manager
Planning & Execution
• Planning and initiating, execute changes to improve the store performance on all KPI’s
• Plan and execute monthly store catchment activities for existing customers and new customers with the help
of Area Marketing & Analytics team in SO
• Tracks competition closely (Range, pricing, offers, promotions) and suggests necessary actions to Cluster
Manager as & when required
• 100% adherence to execution of all promotions, offers, new processes as planned Implementation of actions
planned and agreed in the Monthly reviews with various stakeholders
Performance Management & Review:
• Fully responsible for achieving store Sales & EBIT targets as per the business plan.
• Reviews each category’s sale on daily basis and take corrective action
• Track and analyze sales on a daily basis and take necessary actions immediately to ensure performance is as
per plan
• Reviews sales, inventory, customer service, people processes on weekly basis to avoid any discrepancy.
• Completely responsible for the health of the store from Finance and Inventory accuracy perspective
People Management:
• Responsible for supporting the HR team in the recruitment process
• Responsible to uphold the Croma way of people management culture
• Lead & ensure 100% compliance on people process as set by different stakeholders
• Tracks performance of all team members and recognizes best performers on regular basis
• Maintains store culture & performance by coaching, counselling, motivating, monitoring & disciplining
employees.
• Responsible for the quality of the customer experience that the store delivers by way f adherence & review of
staff product knowledge, training, assessment &, conducting ROLE PLAYS continuously with store staff on a daily
basis)
• Staff Incentive Policy implementation – Ensure every employee is aware and is motivated, to achieve targets
and earn incentives
Process:
• Mock Audits to be conducted to ensure compliance on all SOPs’
• Gaps identified in SMART, SOP & Internal Audits to be fixed and complied to in future
Customer Service:
• Ensure 100% sales process implementation and compliance
• Daily review & follow up on complaints & resolution as per predefined SLA & TAT
• Take corrective actions based on customer feedback (VOC, NPS, Complaints etc)
In-Store Merchandising:
• Ensure 100% compliance on Planogram, merchandising & ticketing.
• Ensuring efficient & accurate in-store inventory management
