Hiring for Category Management (Sr Executive & Assistant Manager ) for Nexdigm for the Gurgaon location.

Role Responsibilities:


Category Management:
Strategic Sourcing
Category Management
RFx execution
Price analysis
Price negotiation
Reverse Auctions
Review supplier’s offering
To deal with supplier reliability issues (OTIF/delayed deliveries/capacity review)
New product development – Attend meetings, obtain prices from approved suppliers, and review pricing.
Analytics and Reporting
Support projects from first contact to final delivery and ensure adherence to scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and risk management to ensure customer delight
Support in internal capability improvement of the practice


Technical:

· Category Management experience is a must

· Preferable experience in sourcing Packaging components
Good to have experience in other supply chain components like distribution, logistics, inventory optimization, network optimization, and logistics. demand planning, forecasting, etc.


Work Timing: USA Time zone



Joining: 15 days to 2 months notice period only



Tools: Knowledge of sourcing tools such as Scout, Coupa, SAP Ariba, etc. along with sound Excel skills would be preferred





Required Experience:

· More than 3 years of Category Management Experience

· B. Tech + MBA (preferred)

· Experience in the sourcing of Packaging components (preferred)
