Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the IT team on an ongoing basis

• Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.

• Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms.

• Managing hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems.

• Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.

• Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.

• Handle recruitment activities from in-depth resume/candidate reviewing, screening, interviews, offers and follow up till the candidate joins our organization.

• Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience hiring/recruiting in the technology space is a must.

• Knowledge and experience in recruiting in Information Technology area with sound understanding of technologies skills and IT market.

• Well versed in full lifecycle talent acquisition - management of blended candidate attraction methods, candidate experience and assessment.

• Deep expertise in various ATS, TA systems and tools is preferred.

• Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
