Roles and Responsibilities
Inbound lead management, lead generation and prospecting (outreach, social media, networking, events, etc.)
Sales pipeline management and report sales progress
Generate deal proposals and partner / collaborate with other support functions (New Member Development, Community teams, Client Solutions, Product team, Business Development team, Broker Partnerships Team, Account Management) to ensure successful closure of requirements
Run end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to member move-in
Develop sales strategies to form meaningful relationships with CxO's and other business leaders to bring in newmembers and grow existing accounts
Tour and demonstrate WeWork locations and business solutions with potential members
Travel across the city for tours and meetings
Carry monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas
Work with cross-functional teams on improving internal processes and communication
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop sales strategy
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelors/Masters in Marketing. Sales or related functions
2-5 years of sales experience in commercial real estate sales, hospitality or SAAS sales
Experience with Salesforce a plus
B2B business solutions or Business Development experience
Proven track record for high-level negotiation and successful relationship management
Ability to establish and nurture C-level relationships
Ability toopen and launch new markets
