Logistics People are looking for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team! You will be responsible for on boarding permanent staff for our clients based all around the UK.
We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual who is both energetic and enthusiastic, who wants to work within a successful and growing business. The successful candidate does not need recruitment experience as full training will be provided.
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Location: Corby
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the resourcing of candidates through job boards and social media
- Engaging with candidates and selling the role available
- Overcoming certain objections by up-selling permanent benefits
- Educating new candidates on the role available
- Ensuring all company policies and procedures are kept updated and adhered to
- Communicating with candidates & customers at all levels, appropriately and professionally; ensuring that customer service is maintained at the highest level
- Reaching targets and KPI’s set by senior management team
Person Specification:
- Good organisational skills and a willingness to learn are essential
- Understand how to get the best out of social media and social media trends
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Word & Excel
- An open and honest communicator, both verbally and written who will build relationships to influence for positive outcomes
- Previous customer service experience is desired
- Work well in a team as well as independently
