Associate Director - Northeast England - Newcastle City Centre

With aggressive growth plans for 2022/23 we are looking to attract an experienced Associate Director or an ambitious Senior Recruitment Manager who is looking for their next career move into an Associate Director position.

Overview

The Associate Director will be responsible for the day-to day motivation, tracking, hiring, training, mentoring and management of a team of consultants. You will be required to take the lead on New Business and Account Management - carrying a target themselves as well as Business for their Team to deliver against.

This however will be supported by the Managing Director as well as Head of Client Solutions for optimum success. CCA Recruitment already have a healthy client base across the UK and are looking to develop a much more tailored approach at a local level.

Key focus areas for Associate Director:

  • Be able to display strong local business knowledge across the Northeast - and ideally having some previous experience of the local Contact Centre marketplace
  • Proactively penetrating the Northeast to grow the CCA brand further into this Region. Working with existing CCA relationships, but a key focus on strategically approaching and cultivating new business growth for this division
  • Actively build, manage, motivate, develop and deliver the growth of a core team of Consultants in your business.
  • Understanding the delivery verticals CCA specialize in across the larger Contact Centre space and these will be where your Consultants will primarily deliver in: Frontline, Operations, Resource Planning and Analytics, Client Services & Sales
  • Ensure the attainment of personal and team revenue targets on a monthly / quarterly and annual basis via effective performance management and coaching of a team of Consultants.
  • In addition, you will be expected to work commercially with other members of the leadership team to assist in the growth of the organisation, deliver strategic initiatives and create the future direction of the division.
