Job Title: Sr. IT Recruiter (US Market)
Experience: Minimum 2 Year
Salary: We pay a generous base salary plus commissions for each placement.
Location: Permanent work from home or Bengaluru, KA
Employvision is a North America-based staffing and IT consulting company. We are growing and currently looking for multiple recruiters in India who have strong experience recruiting for talent in the USA / North America market. We have positions at various levels (Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Lead, and Manager). If you are self-motivated, ambitious, and have a solid track record of filling positions in the US / North American market, we would like to speak with you. The ideal candidate will be based in one of the major cities in India (Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Indore, Baroda, Ahmedabad, Noida, Delhi) supporting US requirements.
Tasks and Job responsibilities:
Responsibilities include full life-cycle recruitment for US-based positions comprising sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates; coordinating and executing interviews, maintaining candidate/client communication; and designing, negotiating, and closing job offer packages.
Fast-paced, high volume recruiting and placement through creating and posting ads on the internet and other mediums, utilizing research, telephone cold calling, personal networking, internal/external sourcing, candidate database queries, Internet mining
Build an active pipeline of potential candidates for current and future needs. Communicate regularly with candidates to provide status updates and build relationships.
Interact with various departments including Sales, Operations, and Onshore Recruiting departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow
Generate weekly reports, provide consistent feedback to candidates, clients, and management as needed
Qualifications and skills required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting for IT positions in USA (North America) geography, ideally with staffing, recruiting or IT consulting services company
Must have a proven track record in recruiting in the US market using a variety of sourcing channels including Job Boards and Social Networking sites like LinkedIn, etc.
Strong experience in recruiting full time (direct hire) and/or contract (temp) candidates in the United States
Knowledge of USA Tax terms and Work Visas
We are looking for highly self-motivated, ambitious, and professional individuals
Ability to pay attention to details, ability to match the right candidates with the right jobs
Willingness to work in the US timing - India Night Shift (Flat shift from 6.00 pm - 3.00 am IST). Saturdays and Sundays are off.
Must have solid persuasion skills, ability to coach, motivate and guide candidates
Time management skills with the ability to respond and act quickly
We are looking for an individual with high integrity, energy, and a positive attitude
Bachelor’s Degree is a strong preference
