Talent Acquisition Specialist
Brickwork Ratings is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist
Candidates who have experience in recruiting professionals for Credit Rating Agencies, Banks, NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies, Asset Reconstruction Companies etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Selected candidates will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process from sourcing profiles until onboarding the candidates.
Keep in regular contact with the hiring managers to understand the requirement of resources and full fill them in a timely manner
Effectively use social media platforms, in addition to the job portals, for advertising vacant positions
Involve in HR Generic activities from joining to exit of employees including training, employee engagement etc.
Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in the above mentioned industries
