Roles & Responsibilities:-




Technical support for ongoing development and implementation of overall E-Commerce strategy, goals, and operational master plan.

Strategic (results) –
Liaise with team and support on integrations based on the company’s roadmap and requirements.
Work with the integration team, 3rd party partners and vendors to launch integrations.
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all integrations.
Operational (process) –
Support for SDK integration, for various assets, which are integrating with the NCR SDM Backend - through SDK / APIs
To ensure timely integration with minimal defects
Key project responsibilities will include – Integrated Digital Platform, Mobile Apps and PWAs
Successfully technically manage & architect an end-to-end implementation including data gathering, data mapping, integrations.
Help identify and troubleshoot all issues related to SDK integration
Education
MCA/BE/Msc in Computer Science or relevant field
Experience, skills and abilities – Technology Stack
3+ years’ experience in APIs development OR support for 3 tier applications / systems.
3+ years’ experience in WCF platform in development and customization.
3+ years’ experience in Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g. FTPS, SFTP, HTTPS)
Experience with Web Services (WSDL, SOAP, WCF, REST)
Experience with Tools SoapUI / PostMan.
Knowledge of Service now / JIRA.
Proficient in XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON, .Net Framework 4.0, Oracle Database, MS SQL Server
Must have Debugging / Troubleshooting skills.
Good to have knowledge in Integration with Azure service bus, SSIS.
Good to have experience opensource technology like in PHP / Python / nodeJS / Mongo DB / Aerospike / Cassandra.
Good to have in knowledge New Relic / Nagios / Zabbix.
