Job Objectives: The Senior Talent Analyst position will drive continuous improvements to our performance and talent management programs by translating the strategies into action and execution. This position fully supports the implementation, ongoing maintenance, and extension of the performance and talent management programs. The person in this role will work on data analytics and reporting to help leaders make informed decisions and measure the effectiveness of talent and performance strategies to ensure organizational goals are met.
