Job Description

Job Objectives: The Senior Talent Analyst position will drive continuous improvements to our performance and talent management programs by translating the strategies into action and execution. This position fully supports the implementation, ongoing maintenance, and extension of the performance and talent management programs. The person in this role will work on data analytics and reporting to help leaders make informed decisions and measure the effectiveness of talent and performance strategies to ensure organizational goals are met.


  • Provide technical and functional support for the implementation and maintenance of the performance and talent management modules including subject matter expertise during design sessions
  • Lead system and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and deployment success
  • Support change management activities such as communication and training
  • Provide reporting and data analytics to the department leaders for tracking their teams' performance and trends, managing rating distribution, assess employees' growth potential and identify developmental opportunities
  • Administer employee engagement surveys and provide reporting and data analytics support
  • Collaborate with peers to improve employee engagement by participating in the Wellness and DEI programs and activities
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience with human resources or talent management with exposure to data analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Excel including Pivot Tables, vLookup, etc.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to meet multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to improve processes and exercise judgment to work independently
