Campaign Manager - Renewals and Retention

Responsibilities :
Drive the Annual Budgets in conjunction with the sales manager through defined Campaigns - (business numbers)
Responsible for complete campaign execution with Strong focus on profitability.
Agreement with the business team on all key Campaign assumptions
Regular Interaction with the Sales team for the partners/campaigns assigned to them
Drafting process note and ensuring execution for all assigned portfolios.
Co-ordinating with Internal Stake holder for approvals.
Campaign Launch - test & roll outs
Responsible for ensuring the AOPs are executed for the partners/campaigns.
Analyze campaign Pre & post-launch result and highlight business insight to BPR, Sales, and any appropriate parties to continuously perfect campaign execution
The campaign would include- direct, Worksite, digital partner integration
High understanding on Digital integration & Digital line of business along with direct business
Cross sell through campaigns that can be driven through Telemarketing, digital modes (SMS, Emails, online, etc.)
Regular Interaction with the Sales teams - Outbound and Inbound Call Centers.
Work closely with the sales team on the spot incentives from Cigna, plus needs to ensure the successful running of the monthly incentives - payment of the same on time.
Responsible for the productivity of the workstations aligned to the campaign - to ensure the P&L benchmarks are met.
Check & Analyze the daily reports - agents ,business , MTD, vintage, cancellation reportsetc.
Setting new processes to deliver efficiency positive business impact
Regular Interaction with the Sponsors team - Partners/tie-ups
Formulate a monthly campaign calendar with partners and ensure delivery
Share the performance of campaigns regularly with the partners.
Responsible for tracking the booking of business under the Master Policy of the Partners to ensure the commission payouts are right & on time
Meet the expectations of partners as agreed.
High Focus on Cost of Acquisition and T/MC.
Explore opportunities for low cost distribution modules.
Explore opportunity on the partners base.
Define end to end cross sell strategy on assigned campaigns / partners.
Work on new SMS technology feature in the SMS Industries.
Work on new feature like WAP, USSD, GVN, SMS locator, Web based locator & Mobile Marketing.
Portfolio Management and Value for New business
To Have 'Customer First Approach'
Responsible for Sales quality for assigned campaigns.
Build internal controls to control cancellation.
Active engagement to Operations team to ensure agreed persistency for the campaign is achieved.
Knowledge on the various regulations attached to business - TRAI,IRDA(Distance Marketing) etc.
Set up the training platform with the recognized institute of IRDA
Online & Offline training platform
End to end certification process
Experience :
5 to 6 years of relevant experience
Excellent knowledge of running a campaign end to end
Excellent knowledge on the various guidelines laid by the regulators - TRAI, IRDA, etc.
Detailed knowledge of insurance industry and products
Excellent Knowledge of marketing fundamentals
Experience in working across departments in mid-to-large multi-national corporation
