Roles and Responsibilities
Manage Facebook, Twitter, and Business pages
Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities
Must be able to generate content for a variety of social media platforms and should be able to work in a team
Research and find information and use the information to generate content
Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face-to-face, and written communication
Provide time-phased, qualified reports on achievement and activities, Plan diary to make effective use of the working day.
Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all prospective accredited businesses.
Branding of the company and creating a good image of the brand.
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company s social content
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of Digital Marketing experience with a B2B lead generation or Digital Marketing Agency is a Must
Certification in Digital Marketing for both Google and Facebook
Social Media Reporting
Development of social media listening report, based on the details provided by the business.
Develop web conversion reports by mapping the overall web journey through social media activity with the help of unique trackable codes
Development of quarterly analysis reports and monthly industry/service line reports within the agreed timeframe and with complete accuracy
Produce and deliver social media flash alerts on a timely basis for marketers and other stakeholders
Deliver weekly recap of top engaged posts on each social media channel
