YOUR ROLE AT PRECISELY
Role would be required to assist in completing following tasks:
Collecting inputs from different stakeholders (Manager, HR, Total Rewards and employees) and collate them into one payroll input sheet.
Coordination with Payroll vendor for Payroll processing and other statutory compliance.
Coordination with Finance – Processed Payroll should be booking timely.
Employee grievance – Handling employee queries through Teams, emails and calls.
Preparing Complete payroll input report.
Get the payroll processed by Payroll vendor.
Coordinating with HR, Finance & Payroll vendor for different payroll related matters.
Conducting Payroll induction every month.
Employee query handling.
Ensure Payroll vendor is paying all Statutory compliance payments timely.
Processing F&Fs and sending them to employees using complete approval process.
Properly maintaining payroll data at different places.
Annual audit assistance.
Assist in an annual Actuarial valuation report through vendor.
Other duties may be assigned.
Minimum 2 years of equivalent experience will be accepted.
Basic understanding of Payroll processing.
Payroll taxation and related compliance.
Knowledge of Payroll accounting.
Good knowledge of Excel & Word.
Good presentation skills.
