Position Summary
As an ITS Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact byjoining the End User Productivity team, supporting the Productivity platform globally.
Job Description& Responsibilities
India EMEA Shift
Manage TCOE Productivity staff and operations
Accountable for shift-roster
Maintain adequate resource levels, assist with hiring and onboarding new employees as needed
Primary point of contact between the organization manager and the TCOE team
Ensure shift team meets established SLAs for ticket queues and project deadlines
Initiate and/or participate in code event escalation for broad service-related issues
Participate in cross-functional problem meetings to resolve open issues affecting availability
Participate in big room planning (setting priorities and deliverables for the TCOE team)
Responsible for adhering to 3M Policies, Standards and Compliance requirements
Experience Required
Minimum four (4) years of professional IT experience
Minimum two (2) years of team lead, supervisory or management experience
Experience Desired
Understanding of project management practices and Agile methodology (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)
Experience with Change Management practices
Experience with Incident Management systems
Experience working in a large, multi-national corporation
Cross-functional IT infrastructure experience
Experience working in a regulated environment (SOX, FDA, etc.)
Experience with DevOps process
Education and Training Required
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
