Conveyancing Legal Assistant or Secretary

A reputable leading Epping-based law firm is seeking a conveyancing legal assistant or secretary to join its team.

You will have the opportunity to join a small but successful practice with a very strong Conveyancing department with lots of good quality work.

As a conveyancing legal assistant/secretary within this department your role will include:
  • Undertaking property and Land Registry searches, preparing financial statements
  • Assisting with property sale and purchase completions
  • Managing and ensuring consistent reviews of files
  • Completing Land Registry applications and SDLT returns
You will have 2+ years of experience working as a conveyancing secretary, excellent typing skills and organisational skills.

This is a great opportunity to work in a reputable Essex-based firm that has a very down-to-earth and family atmosphere.
