LSJ Enterprises UK Ltd, is a Retail and Wholesale Electronics company based in Brighouse. We are looking for a Talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team of Digital Marketers to make an immediate impact in driving the companys Digital Marketing strategy to the next level.
We will need a Digital Marketing manager with a hands-on approach, who can enhance the companys marketing plans, which will include Web site management and development, organic and paid search, email communication and social media platforms management.

About the Role Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this positions primary purpose is to develop, implement and manage the Ecommerce department of the company, and present strategy, and objectives to achieve business targets by implementing exceptional digital brand programmes and sales plans to drive consumer demand.
What Youll Do in The Role
Deliver exceptional ecommerce performance and programmes
Track website traffic and sales performance to increase sales
Manage the Ecommerce and Web Support teams
Manage budget and plan accurate inventory levels
Optimise the customer journey to enhance conversion rates
Maintain a high efficiency of order and shipments
Analyse customer demographics and purchasing behaviour, monitoring trends, and identifying insights for sales growth
Working on UX to improve CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) - looking for new solutions, things that we should introduce on our website, to newsletters etc
Creating categories & navigation management
Adding product / lifestyle images to the product pages
Liaising with Web Developers to create attributes - e.g., different Products, different sizes etc.
Layout of the website
Checking for technical issues, reporting, and working on fixing them
Google analytics analysing data
Back-end checks to spot issues in coding - very basic understanding of HTML coding so that you can read it.
What Will Help You Do the Job Well
Essential
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role in a commercial ecommerce, sales, and performance marketing organisation
Proven track record of increasing consumer purchasing through Ecommerce platforms
Ecommerce merchandising excellence including profitable product category management and innovation
Expertise in ecommerce analytics including Google Analytics
Ecommerce CMS experience
Strong financial focus on sales and profitable growth
Site development; technical and aesthetic
A high level of analytical capability to interpret data and identify incrementally significant commercial opportunities
Good knowledge of SEO, PPC, HTML and image software
Team leadership and management expertise
Desirable to have:
Working knowledge of Magento2 and WordPress
Database management and resultant growth experience
Experience of working with third party marketplace, third party developers and catalogue/direct marketing experience
