1st/2nd Line Support, Service Desk, Hybrid Working

An excellent opportunity to join a well-known organisation based in Somerset. You will be joining a busy service desk environment and will be handling incidents as they come in.

You will have experience with:

  • 365
  • AD
  • Windows 10
  • Basic Networking

As well as the above, you will be keen to provide great customer service and ambition to keen learning.

You will be required to be in the office 3 days a week and you will be able to work remotely for 2. There is parking on site.

Please note, this role is initially a fixed-term contract however, the role will likely go permanent within the 1st year/18 months.
