The candidate must have worked for 3-5 consecutive years at ONE firm/office, preferably should be female within the age group of 30-40 years.
Aid executive in preparing for meetings
Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
Provide continued administrative support for the Director of Program Development and senior executives, driving management of daily operations and special projects.
Strategically manage complex calendars, organizing meetings, appointments and travel
arrangements, and proactively identifying and adjusting conflicting events.
Compose and proofread memos, letters, reports, and presentation, providing accurate, concise
and error-free communication.
Prepare Monthly budget reports, consistently submitting prior to specific deadlines.
Instituted improved new employee training procedures.
Short listing relevant candidates and scheduling interviews based on the requirements specified
Managing employees and acting as a bridge between employees and management, communicating
and implementing rules, policies and addressing concerns
On-boarding newly recruited employees. Managing ERP on a daily basis.
Implementation of a CRM system within an organization that keeps up-to-date records of customer
contact information and data, and makes it accessible to users.
Preparing various documents such as offer letters, relieving letters, Employees' agreement etc.
