Technical Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Write and post tech job descriptions, working closely with the stakeholders
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  • Interview candidates by combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Coordinate with hiring leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates. 
  • Manage the end to end of the hiring cycle along with collecting the right feedback on a timely basis.
  • Compose job offer letters
  • Onboard new hires and engage them in the offer to join phase.
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work – understand the work we do as an organization.
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats  
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for tech and product roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Tech hiring.
