Job Responsibilities:-
- Write and post tech job descriptions, working closely with the stakeholders
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Interview candidates by combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Coordinate with hiring leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
- Manage the end to end of the hiring cycle along with collecting the right feedback on a timely basis.
- Compose job offer letters
- Onboard new hires and engage them in the offer to join phase.
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work – understand the work we do as an organization.
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for tech and product roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Tech hiring.
