We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Assistant Manager to join our team! As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in daily processes and activities of our senior management team


Roles & Responsibilities


1. Assisting the general manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy

2. Coordinating day-to-day operations

3. Ensuring that company guidelines are followed

4. Setting up and organizing schedules

5. Devising and setting up objectives to boost company productivity

6. Ensuring that goals and objectives are met

7. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

8. Interviewing and recruiting new employees

9. Providing training to employees

10. Delegating tasks to employees

11. Supervising, leading and motivating employees


On field skills

• B2C Sales managing and execution

• Making the proposition to the management/ concerned department

• Arranging the demo

• Maintain strong After-Sale Relations with the customers

• Connecting with clients over call and converting product sales

• Target Oriented

• Maintaining good client relationships


Other Details

Any Postgraduate/MBA Degree

Kannada Language preferred.

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday, Monday - week off


Mandatory Requirements

- Laptop

- Two or four-Wheeler with a driving license
