Product Marketing Specialist

Experience : 6+ Years

Role Purpose

  • Drive brand awareness and differentiation by creating inspiring stories and experiences around our solutions-led digital transformation
  • Internal enablement by empowering go-to-market teams to narrate the latest transformation stories
  • Scaling demand generation success by collaborating with the field marketing team to design impactful campaigns
  • Improving win rates by enabling better messaging and demo experiences and collaborating with the bid team on strategic deals


  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, along with Finacle product offerings and roadmap to craft a unique and compelling value proposition for select Finacle solutions
  • Collaborate closely with product management, field marketing, and sales team to develop content assets required across the funnel stage
  • Develop product marketing owned content assets such as brochures, factsheets, white papers, videos, social and web content, among others
  • Gain insights into customer use of Finacle offerings and buyer personas at the target client segments. Collaborate with customer executives, Finacle delivery, and customer advocacy team to develop insightful customer stories and testimonials
  • Support the business strategy of penetration across chosen client segments. Work with the regional marketing team to design and execute multi-channel campaigns to maximize market coverage, impact, and outcomes
  • Develop and use competitive intelligence to develop counter-strategies to neutralize competitive influence on the customer’s buying decisions
  • Design and develop thought leadership programs to enhance brand visibility
  • Collaborate with the product management team to influence product roadmap to enhance the market success
  • Design and produce engaging solution experiences. This involves translating business value propositions into immersive use cases, storyboards, and solution showcases.
  • Work with analyst relations team to execute a robust engagement program to achieve better mindshare and appropriate ratings.

Knowledge / Skills Required

  • Sound understanding of the banking industry
  • Experience in B2B Marketing for software products
  • Understanding of product marketing frameworks, techniques, and best practices
  • Ability to build strategic perspective and influence at senior level
  • High impact communication across multiple formats
